Property plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a notes section labelling various areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current congressional process.
